I'll be using this page to communciate directly with you over time so expect some interesting links that I find in my travels on the web.

At the moment probably our biggest news is the LiveAps small business suite of software. It's designed for businesses of 1-10 people and includes customer contact, project, staff, time and billing management - as well as the ability to create webforms to gather data, and email management to respond.
